Terms and Conditions:

• Discounted room nights are open to bookings made from September 1-30, 2025 only

• Dates of stay should be within 2026 only, blackout dates excluded in the promo

• Payment allowed is only via cash, GCash, or bank transfer (PayPal excluded)

• Open to standard (2pax), DeLuxe (2pax), Super DeLuxe (3pax) and Studio (3pax) rooms

• Only direct bookings in this site are qualified for the promo. Any booking made via other booking platforms are charged the regular rate.

• Booking will only be confirmed after receiving initial required payment within 24hrs

  • Payment proof should be emailed to lubihansiargao@gmail.com for proper recording and checking (please include name of reservation in the email)

  • No payment received/proof of payment within 24hrs of reservation request, will automatically cancel the reservation made

• No refund of payment, but can be rebooked subject to existing rates of the new dates

  • Rebooking can only be done once

  • Date of rebooking should not fall on blackout periods

  • Rebooking dates should be within 3 months from the original booked dates

• Transferrable to another person, as long as Lubihan Siargao is informed ahead via email and Lubihan Siargao Reservations Team approves over email (email: lubihansiargao@gmail.com)

  • Transfer booking can only be done once

  • Booking of transferred promo reservation should be done within 3 months from the original purchase of the promo. 

• Failure to rebook/transfer within the required period will result to forfeiture of the reservation and payment

• Bookings are subject to availability and based on qualified booking dates for the promo
